From TikTok to Desktop: How I Built My Anime Wallpaper Community
The Beginning: A Passion for Design
Hi, I'm DIAS, the creator behind Only_dias. I have a deep passion for digital art and programming. By day, I solve complex engineering problems; by night, I dive into the world of anime editing and web development. It started simply: I wanted a good wallpaper for my own phone.
I learned quickly that consistency was key. I posted every day. I listened to requests. If 50 people asked for One Piece, I spent my weekend editing Luffy. The community grew because I listened.
Why I Created "Only_dias Ocean"
TikTok is great for discovery, but terrible for distribution. Trying to share 4K PNGs through a "Link in Bio" to a Google Drive folder was a nightmare. Links broke, files got compressed, and it was hard to organize. I needed a home. I built this website to be the "Ocean" where all my work could live permanently.
I wanted to solve the problems of other wallpaper sites: no invasive pop-up ads, no waiting times, no fake download buttons. Just a clean gallery of the art we love.
Lessons Learned About Community
The most important thing I've learned is that authenticity wins. I don't use bots. I reply to comments. When I mess up an edit, I admit it and fix it. This trust is why you guys keep coming back. I want to build this site not just as a gallery, but as a resource—hence these blog posts, the guides, and the tutorials.
Conclusion
This is just the beginning. I have plans for live wallpapers, mobile apps, and more. Thank you for following me from a 15-second video to this website. If you haven't yet, follow me on TikTok @noxzx_kb and let's keep building this aesthetic together.
